Return Policy

• Individual Cancellation, No-Show and Amendment Policy: Cancellation made 7 days prior to arrival shall not incur charges; beyond that, 100% retention charges apply.
• Group Cancellation (5 rooms and above): Cancellation made 14 days prior to arrival incurs no charge; within 14 days, charges apply through length of stay.
• Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or change. Customers are advised to check room description and conditions carefully before booking.
• Upon cancellation, refund of booking amount will be initiated. Amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes will be credited to the original payment method. Refund process may take 10-15 business days.
• If booking amount was paid by credit card, refund will be processed to the credit card.
• This reservation is not transferable.
• In the event of no-show, a fee of one night's room charge (inclusive of applicable government tax) will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation.
